The Ridgefield Board of Selectmen voted 3-1 Wednesday to sell 10 acres of land at the Schlumberger-Doll Research Center to Toll Brothers for $4 million.
Toll Brothers, which builds luxury housing , plans to build 30 condominium units on the land, which is located on Sunset lane.
The sale is contingent on Toll Brothers getting approval from the Planning and Zoning Commission for the project.
The selectmen will hold a hearing on the Toll Brothers project on April 23 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall.
It will then go to a Town Meeting on May 5 and a referendum on may 13. These are also the dates for the annual Town Meeting on its proposed budget and the annual town budget referendum.
