NEW MILFORD — A 45-year-old local man is being held on $25,000 court set bond on charges of burglary and larceny.
Thomas Denyko, of Bel Air Drive, New Milford was located by police and arrested on a warrant stemming from an April 28 incident. Denyko was already facing drug possession and motor vehicle violation charges from previous arrests.
He is charged with third-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny:theft from a building, and first-degree criminal mischief in the April 28 incident. His next court date is Aug. 14 to enter a plea in Superior Court in Bantam.
