After months of probable cause hearings, the suspect in the Mambo Cafe murder will be going to trial.

Judge Kevin Russo ruled that there was probable cause in the case against Garfield Sanderson, 20, after hearing testimony from multiple witness including, police officers and the state medical examiner.
Sanderson is accused of shooting Jeliel Kingston, 23, after a late-night fight at the cafe on Elm Street in May.
Defense attorney Mark Johnson, will now be prepping the case for a jury trial. The next court hearing for Sanderson will be on Nov. 3.
