NEW MILFORD — A 33 year old local man is facing assault charges related to an incident Feb. 15 on Candlewood Lake Road South.
Joshua Norton, of West Street, New Milford was arrested about 1:37 a.m. on Feb. 15 when police responded to a disturbance on Candlewood Lake Road South. The investigation led to Norton’s arrest on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree asualt and disorderly conduct.
He was held on $10,000 bond with arraignment Tuesday at Superior Court in Bantam.
