NEW MILFORD — A 42 year old Kent man is facing drunken driving charges stemming from the investigation into a one car crash on Kent Road in New Milford.
Jason Sario, of Birch Hill Lane, Kent was arrested after a crash on Kent Road in the area of Straits Rock Road on Feb. 9. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.
Sario was released on a $1,000 bond with a court date Feb. 23 in Superior Court in Bantam.
