Traffic is quiet in the Danbury area this morning on what is expected to be a sunny day with high temperatures reaching 50 degrees.
It won’t last long, however, as a wet St. Patrick’s Day will yield to colder temperatures — with Wednesday’s high only reaching about 32 degrees — before moderating into the mid-40s for the rest of the week.
Early forecasts for the Danbury St. Patrick’s Day parade next Sunday are calling for a sunny day with a high temperature around 40 degrees. The parade starts at 2 p.m.
