An eight unit building is under construction at Candlewood Condos on Danbury Road in New Milford.
NEW MILFORD — Construction is underway at Candlewood Condominiums on Danbury Road in New Milford to replace eight units that were destroyed in a fire in August 2014.
Eight families were displaced in the blaze that brought fire companies from throughout the area to fight the fire. The burn hull of the complex remained standing for months while insurance settlement was made.
Tuesday, workers were framing the building.
