The new 15,000-square-foot Goodwill retail store on Route 7 has most of its structural frame in place
NEW MILFORD — The framing for a new 15,000-square-foot Goodwill retail store is near completion at 115 Danbury Road (Route 7 south).
The store will be 3,000-square-feet larger than the present Goodwill in Lore’s Plaza and process 1 million pounds of goods annually, employing 35 to 40 workers, according to Paul Mitchell from Benegoria Real Estate.
The new store sits across the road from DinerLuxe restaurant and next to the Verizon store.
