DANBURY — A city man is facing charges after police said he yelled obscenities at employees at Levine Auto & Truck Parts and refused to leave the store.
Michael Morgan, 47, of New Street, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.
Officers arrived at the Shelter Rock Road building at 12 p.m. Friday for a disturbance complaint. After speaking with employees, officers learned Morgan had been asked to leave several times but refused to do so and continued yelling obscenities, police said.
He was taken into custody and was held on a $5,000 bond.
