DANBURY — A Danbury woman and a Manchester man face multiple drug possession and sales counts after an officer from the Community Conditions Unit observed a drug transaction Wednesday afternoon.
Estalisa Alvarado, 21, whose address was listed as “city streets,” and Tiddy Rogers, 33, of Manchester, were both being held on $100,000 bonds for appearances in state Superior Court Thursday morning, police said.
Alvarado was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school and possession with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school.
She was also cited for driving under suspension, police said.
Rogers was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of crack within 1,500 feet of a school, and two counts of conspiracy, police said.
